At Custom Mac BD, we are committed to providing genuine products, transparent service, and reliable after-sales support. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

Customers must inspect and verify the product at the time of delivery or collection.

If an eligible product has a manufacturing or hardware defect, you must contact Custom Mac BD within the applicable replacement period mentioned on your purchase invoice or product warranty terms.

Depending on the product category, eligible products may include a replacement warranty of up to 1–10 days.

Before approving any replacement, the product must be submitted to Custom Mac BD for inspection and diagnosis. The diagnosis process may take approximately 1–3 business days or longer depending on the product and issue.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The original purchase invoice or receipt must be provided.

  • The product must be returned with its original box and all included accessories.

  • Chargers, cables, manuals, plastic packaging, and other supplied items must be included.

  • The product serial number or identification sticker must remain intact.

  • The product must not contain physical damage, deep scratches, dents, burns, liquid damage, or signs of careless use.

  • The product must not have been repaired, opened, or modified by an unauthorized third-party service provider.

  • Any applicable replacement or warranty period must still be valid.

Missing accessories, damaged packaging, physical damage, or unauthorized modification may void replacement eligibility.

Non-Returnable Products

A return, refund, or replacement may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Customer ordered the wrong model, color, storage capacity, or specification.

  • Physical or cosmetic damage caused after delivery.

  • Water or liquid damage.

  • Burn, impact, breakage, or accidental damage.

  • Removed or damaged serial numbers or product stickers.

  • Permanent writing or markings on the product.

  • Software, operating system, application, or data-related issues.

  • Products repaired or modified by another service provider.

  • Missing box, charger, cable, or other included accessories.

  • Issues caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Compatibility concerns or personal preference are not considered product defects.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatically provided for all product issues.

Where possible, Custom Mac BD will first inspect the product and determine whether repair, warranty service, or replacement is applicable.

A refund may be considered only when an eligible product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product.

If approved, the refund amount and method will be determined based on the original purchase, product condition, applicable depreciation, payment method, and relevant transaction charges.

Any bank, card, EMI, payment gateway, or third-party processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and financial service provider.

Online Order & Delivery Issues

Customers are requested to inspect the package and product immediately after receiving an online order.

If you receive an incorrect product or notice visible delivery-related damage, please contact Custom Mac BD as soon as possible with:

  • Order number or purchase invoice.

  • Photos of the received package.

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue.

  • Product serial number, where applicable.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may require additional inspection before approval.

Warranty Products

Products covered by warranty will be handled according to the warranty terms stated on the purchase invoice and the Custom Mac BD Warranty Policy.

A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Depending on the product and warranty conditions, Custom Mac BD may arrange diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, product replacement, or warranty claim support.

Data & Software Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting a device for return, diagnosis, replacement, or warranty service.

Custom Mac BD will not be responsible for any loss of data, software, files, accounts, or settings during inspection or service.

Customers should remove passwords, security locks, and personal accounts where required before submitting a device.

Shipping & Transportation Costs

Customers may be responsible for courier, shipping, or transportation costs related to return, inspection, warranty, or service claims unless otherwise agreed by Custom Mac BD.

Products must be securely packaged before being sent to us.

Custom Mac BD will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during customer-arranged transportation.

Inspection & Final Decision

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to product inspection and verification by Custom Mac BD.

Custom Mac BD reserves the right to reject a request if the product does not meet the applicable return, replacement, refund, or warranty conditions.

The final decision will be made after reviewing the product condition, purchase invoice, warranty eligibility, and inspection results.
